LOS ANGELES—-Global Clean Energy Holdings, Inc. announced today that it has appointed Dr. Mark A. Bernstein Ph.D. to its Board of Directors. Dr. Bernstein is a Professor of Practice at the University of Southern California, where he also serves as the Managing Director of USC’s Energy Institute.
